Verbesserter 3D-Druck mit der Bondtech CHT BiMetal beschichteten Düse für maximalen Filamentdurchsatz für E3D Volcano kompatible Hot Ends. Diese Düse teilt das Filament in drei separate Stränge wie die anderen CHT-Düsen für erhöhte Heizleistung durch Vergrösserung der Oberfläche. Die BiMetal-Düse verbessert dies noch weiter, indem sie das besser wärmeleitende Kupfermetall für den Düsenkörper verwendet, um die thermische Leistung zu maximieren. Die Spitzen aus gehärtetem Vanadium-Stahl bieten einen robusten Verschleissschutz und eignen sich zum Bedrucken von abrasiven Materialien wie Kohlenstoff und Glasfaserverbundwerkstoffen. Bondtech Extruder For Prusa i3 MK3S This kit contains the necessary parts to convert your current extruder to our own popular design based upon our BMG (Bondtech Mini Geared) extruder with 3:1 gearing ratio for better precision and resolution together with optimized geometry for the heatsink cooling and professional SLS 3D printed housing. Lightweight BMG (Bondtech Mini Geared) With this version we also lower the moving weight to reduce ghosting and vibrations or to allow increasing the printing speed. 15% of weight saving was achieved. Product Main Features This extruder upgrade kit is for the Prusa i3 MK3S, or other Prusa i3 models upgraded to MK3S. These are its main features: - Adapted to fit Prusa’s new filament sensor; - Includes one Bondtech’s BMG extruder with 3:1 gearing ratio; - Optimized geometry for heat-sink cooling; - Less moving weight to reduce vibration and ghosting; - Professional SLS 3D printed housing. Addressing 3D printing Issues The enhanced housing design improves cooling and decreases heat creeping issues that all metal hotends have when printing with PLA. This small enhancement will avoid many clogs. The increased push force will drastically reduce slipping, shredding and deformation of the filament avoiding most of the common filament 3D printing issues that start with under and over extrusion. Updating the Firmware To use this upgrade in the MK3S, the E-steps needs to be updated to 830, as it uses 32-bit microstepping. This extruder upgrade kit for the Raise3D N1/N2/N2+ printer will replace the original feeder placed on the printhead. It fit´s both dual and single nozzle printers. It allows for a more reliable printing with all sorts of filaments, both stiff and flexibles and the DualDrive system ensures that the extruder never looses grip of the filament so grinding, slipping is a thing of the past. Original extruder setup on Raise3D is 532g for single setup, this new upgrade is 252g with the included motor and it allows for faster printing without surface issues due to vibration during accelerations/deaccelerations. The kit comes with it own lightweight pancake motor. The extruder is equipped with a push-fit connector for 4 mm ptfe tube that will let you connect the existing guide tube to the extruder. Tube is not included. Installs in about half an hour with standard tools available. This upgrade fits both the Revision 1 (casted) and Revision 2(cnc-milled) version of the printhead. Full installation guide available at the tab installation guide. Installation is done in about 20 minutes. Plug & Play solution, no need to cut and solder wires. E-step value: 415 IMPORTANT!
