The hardened steel locking pin has a diameter of 14 mm and that's a few millimetres thinner than Oxford prefers in other cases. Just like the other typical ‘padlock models’ by Oxford, this is one that gives immediate ‘big boy’ vibes. You can unleash half a workshop of tools on it: it stays locked. Besides crowbars, hammers, saws, drills and pliers, even frost has nothing to say here. The 16mm-closing pin is made of tempered steel. Once, there was a 14mm-pin but that proved to be too light and then again, there can only be one ‘boss’.
