1:48 F-35B Lightning II Mit dem 1993 ins Leben gerufenen Programm JSF (Joint Strike Fighter) sollte ein neuer Allwetter-Jagdflieger der fünften Generation für die Luftwaffe der Vereinigten Staaten und die NATO-Länder entwickelt werden. Das Ergebnis des Projekts war der Einsitzer Lockheed Martin F-35 Lightning II. Der American Bell OH-13 Sioux ist eine Ikone der Luftfahrtgeschichte. Der Helikopter mit dem unverwechselbaren Design wurde unmittelbar nach dem Zweiten Weltkrieg entwickelt und Ende der 1940er-Jahre an die US-Armee verteilt. Hauptmerkmale des OH-13 Sioux waren das "Seifenblasendach", der freiliegende Heckausleger (aus geschweißtem Rohr), das starre Kufenlandegestell und die ballonförmigen Kraftstofftanks. Der Ein-Rotor-Helikopter hatte eine dreisitzige Kabinenkonfiguration und konnte eine Höchstgeschwindigkeit von 170 km/h erreichen. Er war sowohl robust als auch außergewöhnlich zuverlässig. Während des Koreakrieges wurde der OH-13 vielseitig und in großer Stückzahl eingesetzt, unter anderem zur Feindbeobachtung, erweiterten Aufklärung und zur medizinischen Evakuierung. Die Macchi MC 200, entworfen von dem berühmten Ingenieur Mario Castoldi, stellte eine bedeutende Entwicklung in der Produktion italienischer Kampfflugzeuge dar. Der radiale 14-Zylinder Fiat A.74 RC 38 Doppel-Sternmotor liefert eine Leistung von 620kW (840 PS) und beschleunigte die Macchi MC 200 auf 500 km/h. Im Vergleich zu den entsprechenden alliierten Jägern war die Macchi MC 200 jedoch deutlich unterbewaffnet. Die Bewaffnung bestand aus nur zwei 12,7-mm Breda-SAFAT Maschinengewehren, die über der charakteristischen Motorverkleidung montiert waren. In späteren Versionen wurden zwei 7,7-mm Breda-SAFAT Maschinengewehre in den Flügeln hinzugefügt. Der qualitativ hochwertige Bausatz von Italeri muss in Eigenregie montiert werden. Die Macchi MB-326 wurde in den 1950er Jahren als Ausbildungsflugzeug und leichtes Kampfflugzeug für die italienische Luftwaffe entwickelt. The fuselage designed, in this original way, has been developed to permit the adoption of the two powerful tandem rotors and the oversized propellers. Thanks to the two rotors and the strong aerodynamic structure, the H-21 became a real and reliable "workhorse" able to successfully perform the most demanding transport tasks in any kind of environments. Widely used by the United States Army since the first half of the 50s, it was also deployed in the Vietnamese operation theater for use in transporting troops and tactical supplies since 1961. To increase the defensive capability the H-21 was often armed of mobile machine guns to the side doors. It was gradually replaced by the more modern UH-1 and CH-47.
