Die gewünschte Temperatur kann mit einem Drehregler sehr einfach und bequem eingestellt werden. Einen sparsamen Umgang mit der eingesetzten Heizenergie erreichen Sie insbesondere durch eine bedarfsgerechte Heizungsregelung. Die integrierte Temperaturabsenkungsfunktion (“Nachtabsenkung”) ermöglicht es Ihnen, in Verbindung mit einer externen Zeitsteuerung, eine automatische Absenkung der eingestellten Heiztemperatur um 4K, ohne dass die am Thermostat eingestellte Wohlfühltemperatur geändert werden muss. Die integrierte Puls-Weiten Modulation (bei Bedarf abschaltbar mittels Jumper) bewirkt eine weitestgehend schwankungsfreie Beibehaltung der eingestellten Raumtemperatur. Um sicherzustellen, dass die Ventile auch bei längerem Nichtgebrauch funktionstüchtig bleiben, verfügt der Raumthermostat über eine Ventilschutzfunktion (bei Bedarf abschaltbar, z.B. beim Einsatz einer Elektroheizung). Hier werden die anzusteuernden Ventile über die Stellantriebe einmal wöchentlich kurzzeitig geöffnet, auch wenn keine Heizenergie angefordert wird.
